1. We’re backed by real estate knowledge- We were realtors first. Cost vs. Value is always in the back of our minds. We can advise you as a realtor about your upcoming project and how it may or may not affect the value of your DEAR HOME.

2. We’re a woman owned general contractors with attention to details. We love to communicate ALL THE DETAILS, ALL THE TIME! Let us know if you’d prefer not too, but in the past this has been an industry substandard and it’s unacceptable.

3. Design matters and good design can save time, money and future problems. Creating a cohesive space is the #1 priority we have with your project. We’re not just going to do the job, were going to listen to you and also make thoughtful suggestions if necessary.

4. We do our best to anticipate needs. Especially if you’re remodeling your ONLY bathroom. We’ll help you figure out the best way to navigate the obstacles a remodel can present.
