I’m Wendy, the woman behind a woman owned general contractor and design company. My mission is simple. Thoughtful, tasteful design and execution to create a cohesive, functional space that will last.

My goal with this blog is to share some REAL renovation budgets, design ideas and DIY projects. YAY! I’m excited and hope you’ll stop by every once & awhile to see how things are going. I’d like to give DEARHOUSELOVE some exposure and create some really cool projects within the next year and hope this is the place to start.

I’m sure there will be some mishaps along the way. I plan to share those too. Why not, were all human and hopefully my mistakes may prevent you from doing the same.
